Yet defenselessness is strength and cannot be attacked. Today I recognize that defenses cannot protect us, but actually do the opposite of what we want. Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Gerald Jampolsky, M. The Narrators weren't the problem. It must have been recorded on an Edison phonograph. I really like this book. I'll read it 5 or 6 more times to let the principles sink in. If you could sum up Goodbye to Guilt in three words, what would they be? Profound Spiritual Healthy confrontation. I listened to many recovery books and this one is a very good reminder of the fact that serenity is only attainable through humility, meekness and love.
