Room smelled of smoke, elevators smelled of smoke, the management team did nothing about the smoke even thou it's a smoke free facility. We stay there 5 or 6 times a year and this is a problem almost every time, the beds are not comfortable we just bring a mattress pad when we stay. Pools, kids activities, volleyball court, tennis, basketball, kid center. Could hear all the activity around me and the person upstairs at a very early hour in the morning, check out is too early and check in is too late.
Please change coffee makers to single cup brewers. The big pot coffee makers are like dinosaurs! Our room definitely smelled like smoke, and we are not smokers. Everything else was great. Did NOT appreciate the concierge giving us the hard sell and being extremely rude when we declined. Our room smelled like stale cigarettes. Stained and old furniture. Very noisy- walls are very thin, and you can hear everything from your neighbors on either side: Could not stand staying in the room. Thank goodness for the pool. Voicemail on the phone didn't work and had blinking light for messages and could not retrieve them!
Great choices of pools. Pool experience was great- great food and cocktails at the pool. Restaurant was nice and food was very good- better than what you would expect at a hotel property. We dined there 3 nights in a row. The bartender made tasty cocktails and was extremely nice. Amazing views-ducks and geese all around. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Just a beautiful property overall. Loved the little kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and real dishware.

Golf course was closed, extremely far from gym based on my location. Easy access to facilty. The Bed was a cloud and The view was absolutely amazing and the pool was breath taking. I will absolutely be returning in the future. Helpful staff Beautiful setting. We ordered 2 rooms for 6 girls and we were completely separated.

Beautiful resort and for our purpose it worked out perfectly. Excellent cleaning service , and great, comfortable bed. This is a great place to relax. The location, view from room and comfort were fabulous. Pools, quiet, lots to do of you want it, or nothing if you prefer that.
