Teen, 14 years old Written by Safemancam June 28, Funny Religion Satire I enjoyed how this film satirized religion very directly. It pointed out all it's problem from misinterpretation to contradiction. Now there is frontal nudity in this movie, but, even though it implied that sex was had, it wasn't sexual and was intended to be humorous. Now, if you see nudity as a bad thing I suppose you could call that inappropriate. The language was strong. But, parents are too protective about language anyways. By age 12 we know all sorts of bad words.

What I would be most concerned with is sex, and violence. And the most sexual this film gets is non-sexual nudity. The most violent thing is severed bodies portrayed in a comical way. Over all, this was a funny movie that ironically exposed the hidden truths of religion. Helped me decide 2.

And i also think that the gags are excellent, the plot is great and the actors are great in their roles note that the Pythons plays several roles in one movie. Memorable scenes are Ceaser's barely understandable speech, a random space trip and a musical crucifixation among many other great scenes.

An absolute masterpiece of work. There is one scene of full frontal male nudity followed by full frontal female nudity, but both scenes are not in a sexual context. There is much religious humour, but it was not as offensive as everyone says. It is a satire. Suitable for children 12 and up. Had useful details 2.

Making Great Strides

Read my mind 3. Teen, 16 years old Written by hayal12 January 3, Hilarious and unmissable comedy classic "Life of Brian" is by without Monty Python's greatest film; while many especially in the US are determined that that honour goes to "Holy Grail", although they'll be surprised to find us Brits rate "Life of Brian" so highly it placed 28th on the BFI's list of the top British films of the 20th Century while "Holy Grail" doesn't feature on the list. The group's second true feature film deals with a Jewish man named Brian in 1st Century Judea who is born in the stable neighbouring the one in which the true nativity takes place and is later mistaken for the messiah.

The film delivers non-stop laughs throughout - all the way from the almost monumental mix-up at the beginning, an inappropriately-named Roman senator, "He's not the Messiah," to the unforgettable "Always Look on the Bright Side of Life" - while balancing this with witty and relevant social commentary not found in its predecessor. On the whole, if you haven't come across this gem, watch it and compare it with "Holy Grail" - if you're still convinced the latter is the better out of the two, are you certain that's the case? Teen, 13 years old Written by Spielberg00 June 11, This has everything--full-frontal nudity male AND female , tons of swearing, derogatory humor, and--of course!

I was surprised I was allowed to see it, though I laughed the whole way through. R for constant sacrilege and mature anti-Christian humor, strong language and some graphic nudity. Helped me decide 1. Kid, 12 years old June 16, Had useful details 1. Teen, 17 years old Written by october October 11, Unlike Holy Grail, this movie is Rated R. The f-word is used about 8 times and there are two full frontal nude scenes both male and female. There's also some comic violence but nothing too bad.

If you do not have a problem with your kids viewing nudity, then this movie should be fine. Helped me decide 3. Read my mind 1. Teen, 15 years old Written by Joker March 3, Funny, but Boring This is a dumb, irreverant movie has some scenes of hilarity, but not enough. It's a funny movie, but it feels too much like Holy Grail and not quite original enough.

Brian Sewell - My three parents (7/90)

One scene with realtively graphic but numerous nudity in a non-sexual manner. If you had to watch one Python movie, make it the Holy Grail. Kid, 12 years old July 30, Funny Monty Python mocks religion. Life of Brian is a hilarious film, making jokes on religion as well as Roman history. The main character is Jesus' contemporary, a man called Brian who is misunderstood as the messiah simply because he drops his shoe on the ground while running. This is thought of as a sign of the Messaih and everyone takes off their shoe. The joke where the Roman emperor has a lisp is hilarious- when asking the public who to release they always say names with an r in them so the general can pronounce them with a w instead.

They make him eventually say welease bwian- a suggestion by Brian's girlfriend.

Why men decide to become single dads

She wants to release Brian because she loves him- but everyone else is in favour of saying that just to hear the emperor say welease bwian. There can be more than one beneficiary. Read about the differences between whole life and term life insurance. The price of life insurance is based primarily on your age, health, lifestyle and the amount of coverage. The younger and healthier you are, the cheaper the price.

Life insurance prices vary by company, so get life insurance quotes from several insurers to find the best price. Then subtract any savings or other life insurance coverage you already have to estimate how much to buy.

When buying term life insurance, choose a term that lasts until the youngest child has graduated from college. Take care in naming the beneficiary. Life insurance companies cannot pay money directly to minors.

Life insurance isn’t just for married couples

The children will receive any unspent life insurance money when they reach the legal age of adulthood. If only the children are named, the court will have to appoint a custodian. Another option is to work with an attorney to set up a trust for the benefit of the children and name the trust as the beneficiary.
