I also love the idea of focussing on this for 30 days. I agree — change starts with ourselves. Thanks for spreading the good word. What works for me are the three basics…exercise, sleep, and meditation. I know if I do all three regularly, happiness, contentment, and energy usually follow. All the great tips you have listed here are fantastic!

Why do I know it works, because I had done some of these steps myself and lost some weight. I did a 30 days challenge and started exercising regularly and eat smarter and I end up with a healthier body with higher energy level through out the day. Thanks for the tips.
