Many dedicated long tenured staff. The clients are well taken care of! CEO is a micro managing, cruel women.
Our Mission
She put 20 people some who had worked for 10 plus years in a room together and fired them. No empathy or compassion. Dress code is 's Most departments had really great people to work with. Lots of fun work events to attend. Went to an in service and the CEO didn't know our companies mission statement. Anyone that closely works by the CEO is contastly under pressure and takes it out on their employees. Not allowed to "have fun" at work, no birthdays holidays or anything. Dress code is so out of date: Get with the times. Listen to employees that encourage change. The company is not going anywhere.
Financials are steady, and there are no layoffs. Everyone receives essentially the same treatment. Very set in their ways. Don't even bother bringing new ideas to the table. Extremely high turnover - don't form any long-lasting relationships with your coworkers!! Insignificant policies like always wearing socks, not throwing birthday or holiday parties, or only using clear pushpins are policed as if critical to everyone's safety. Some "policies" are unspoken. Try to hold on longer to good people. Embrace new ways of doing things.
