I bought this apartment because it is located right in the center of the village, close to everything, we have supermarket, market with fresh products, pharmacy, medical clinic, church, beach, swimming pools, gym and other places of interest.
Besides being an apartment with 2 bedrooms, it is extremely welcoming, love the open kitchen, which allows us to be chatting with friends while making dinner, or prepare a drink. I also like the fact that the two bedrooms have a balcony , making use of the sun's rays in the morning, but especially love the living room balcony , which is great for eating breakfast or lunch , with a view that few can boast of having , a view of the city garden.
Unfortunately the building has no parking. But if you want one, we rented a parking space in front of the building at no additional cost to you. Pestana apartment is located in a quiet area right in the center of Ribeira Brava, behind the church and near the beach. To the west, you can enjoy the various beaches between Lugar de Baixo and Calheta.
