Mitzi is great on Pinterest, and her book doesn't disappoint. If you find yourself pinning and not doing, or pinning and not know what to do next, or just like being healthy Pick it up, it's a good one! Love the book, it was great. Alot to learn from this. I'd recommend this to anyone who is looking to better they're lives. Finally a book that is teaches you how to live a healthy lifestyle that is realistic!!!
I learned so many great tips, exercises, and recipes that are truly doable This book really gets you thinking and imagining how you yourself can truly incorporate the ideas and recipes into your life. It really grabs your interest right away and I found myself already planning her ideas into my own daily life with my family before I was even done the book! Even if you are at a healthy weight and aren't necessarily looking for a "diet", this book will show you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with ways to ensure that you and your family continue making smart choices!

The Pinterest Diet definitely makes it easier to get the proper nutrition needed to lose weight. The most important thing to me is thst the recipes you can find taste good! I am three weeks in and approaching 20lbs lost! Awesome book, Go Mitzi! Mitzi offers great tips for getting kids to eat healthier at home.

Mar 29, Sarah rated it it was ok. If you read a lot of diet books, there's not a lot of new diet information in here. However, if you're not a diet book reader, it gets 3 stars for being accessible and easy to read. I would have liked to see more about using Pinterest to support the diet plan. It didn't really deliver on that promise after chapter 2 or 3, I can't really recall much talk of Pinterest at all.

I discovered Pepsi Special - a version of Pepsi available only in Japan which works by blocking the absorption of fat using fat blockers. If you choose Pepsi Special, you can have both! And be running to the jacks every five minutes with the unmentionables too I reckon, if it works anything like previous fat blockers. One of the strengths of using Pinterest for weightloss seems to be the motivational factor.
