All employees are encouraged to take advantage of payroll direct deposit, whereby your paychecks are wired directly into your bank account each payday. With direct deposit, each pay period you will receive an email notification when you are able to view your paycheck stub on-line.
You must complete and return the paperwork above in person with corresponding documentation to HLS Human Resources. Feel free to contact us at for questions about this paperwork. All Forms below must be completed: I-9 Two I-9 forms must be submitted to HR within the first three days worked or you will be unable to continue working until all documentation is completed.
