This is a must visit. Toddler area is great. The food is to die for, you think you were in a restaurant. Very clean and tidy. Great security for peace of mind. Edinburgh Zoo Admission Ticket. Mini Outlandish Highland Adventure Private Found it difficult to locate. Firstly advised of wrong price. Staff weren't very professional or helpful.
Separate areas which staff members gave conflicting answers if we could use the areas or not because we weren't with a party Thank you for taking the time to write your review both here and on Google! I'm obviously very disappointed to read that you felt our team did not handle your queries in either a professional or helpful manner. Certainly the team are trained specifically to Went back here for a visit after a few months absence and it has changed for the worst!
Went in with two 9 year olds and a 3 year old.

Although they seemed to enjoy their playtime, we the parents did not. Hi Fabll, Thank you for taking the time to submit your review and sorry to hear that your recent visit did not live up to your expectations. I'd like to address a couple of the points that you raise: Firstly with regards to charging for Booked my son's birthday party, although the place was busy, the staff could not have been nicer or more friendly. Nothing was too much bother. The kids had a great time, especially my son, who doesn't like to be the centre of attention, but they Had granddaughters birthday party here, it was double booked but they still took the money, her party was forced to leave the area that was booked and paid for to allow another party in, Staff looked like rabbits in headlights.
My daughter is a bit hyper so she runs around as soon as she goes in but a member A little hard to find tucked away in an industrial estate. A lot of detail in it. This is a must visit. Toddler area is great.
